How has Centrifuge supported your personal or professional growth?
Suzanne Tudman
“After having my daughter, I faced the challenge of balancing my passion for my career with my lifelong dream of being a mom. Centrifuge gave me the flexibility to adjust my schedule, which allowed me to continue doing the creative work I love while also being present for my family. That kind of support made a huge impact on me. I’m incredibly grateful to CMI for understanding that season of my life and making it possible to grow both personally and professionally.”

“Centrifuge has allowed me to grow in a direction that made the most sense to me. While there are linear paths available, the company has always been open to allowing & encouraging people to grow in ways that may not fit that normal pattern. For me, this was a pivot from the project management and travel side to focus in on more admin and finance elements for the company. On a personal level, encouraging me to push outside of my comfort zone has allowed (and at times forced) me to become more rounded in my thought processes.”
