Can you share what has been driving you to work passionately on your recent projects?
A:
Our clients! There is nothing better than seeing the appreciation and satisfaction from our clients after delivering a successful meeting/event.
Q:
What are some of your personal and business goals this year?
A:
One of my goals this year has been to help further our growth as a company. Whether that be broadening my own skills to better help our clients, expanding our business for new opportunities or looking for opportunies to integrate new creative solutions.
Q:
Are there any projects or events you are most looking forward to this year?
A:
I am looking forward to a new Investigator Meeting that will take place in Athens, Greece. Both from the travel perspective and for the opportunity of getting to work with one of my favorite clients.

What motivates and drives you in your day-to-day work?
A:
My coworkers! Everyone here is so kind and motivating. We drive each other to be the best possible versions of ourselves. Furthermore, we challenge each other to become better experts to best serve our client’s needs.
Q:
How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance, and do you have any tips for your peers?
A:
Finding that work-life balance is extremely important for one’s happiness and productivity. I do that by making sure I take time to do those things I enjoy outside of the office. Whether that be spending time with friends and family or enjoying my favorite hobbies. Additionally, finding a career that excites you and fufills your professional goals helps make work feel less like “work”.

What advice would you give to new employees joining Centrifuge Media to thrive in their roles?
A:
Ask questions! I tell this to every new employee that comes on board. Someone has asked the question before if not multiple people. Additionally, feel free to hop in anywhere. If you are intrigued by a project or learning a new skill I would encourage you to get involved.
