Q:
Are there any projects or events you are most looking forward to this year?
A:
All of them! The bigger meetings are very exciting to plan because we get to play with scenic and creative elements. But the small projects are impactful as we really get to showcase our attention to detail.
Q:
What motivates and drives you in your day-to-day work?
A:
Not only does a strong cup of coffee motivate me :) but working alongside colleagues and clients who really want to make every event as successful as possible helps steer that internal drive.
Q:
How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance, and do you have any tips for your peers?
A:
Finding hobbies and activities that really make me happy. For me it’s been as simple as researching a new band to listen to, going to concerts, reading, hanging out with friends/family, traveling, etc. All these things can translate into creative thinking for the professional environment because you are educating yourself by trying new things!

What advice would you give to new employees joining Centrifuge Media to thrive in their roles?
A:
Be open to learning and maintain a curious mindset. There is always something new to learn as events are forever evolving!

She has taken many things off others’ plates and kept that project extremely organized from a logistics perspective. While also growing her technical skills/training and going onsite to assist. She is someone who I think has truly grown a lot in this short time and deserves to be recognized for her continued efforts and growth individually.”
