Q:
What are some of your personal and business goals this year?
A:
This year I would love to dive more into animation. Since starting this job, I have had more opportunities working with motion graphics and have really come to love it. 2D animation, especally character design, is something I am eager to explore.
Q:
What motivates and drives you in your day-to-day work?
A:
My daughter is my greatest motivation, inspiring me to be the best version of myself. I want to set a strong example of dedication and work ethic for her. By pursuing a career I love, I hope to show her the value of passion and drive, encouraging her to discover her own.
Q:
How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance, and do you have any tips for your peers?
A:
I firmly believe that it is important to take time for yourself, so that you do not burn out. One thing I like to do is build Lego sets. Most recently, I built the Milkyway galaxy. I also enjoy spending time with my daughter out on trails or parks. Being with her also keeps me focused on what is most important in life.
Q:
What advice would you give to new employees joining Centrifuge Media to thrive in their roles?
A:
Don’t be afraid to lean into your passions. At my previous jobs, I didn’t have many opportunities to explore motion graphics and animation, but at Centrifuge, I’ve been encouraged to pursue that passion and given the support to grow and learn.
Q:
What do you do in your role to empower our clients to inspire and motivate their audience to make a commitment to lasting behavior change?
A:
Video is one of the most powerful tools for creating lasting behavior change. It provides our clients with an innovative way to share information, capture attention, and evoke an emotional response. Whether through an informational video, a patient testimonial, or a message from leadership, video helps clients connect with their audience and drive their mission forward.
