Q:
Can you share what has been driving you to work passionately on your recent projects?
A:
Knowing that our clients trust us with their brand, their ideas, and to help them fulfill their objectives and overall mission is one of the biggest compliments. It excites me to know they see us as more than a production vendor and look to us to help shape how their message is received. That level of trust drives me to show up with excellence, curiosity, and care every single day.
Q:
What are some of your personal and business goals this year?
A:
Professionally, I want to deepen my expertise in content management and continue strengthening the bridge between strategy, creative, and production. My goal is to help refine processes that make it easier for teams to collaborate seamlessly on-site and pre-event. Personally, I’m focusing on balance. I want to continue to make time for travel, creativity, and moments that refuel me so I can keep giving my best self at work and in life.

Q:
Are there any projects or events you are most looking forward to this year?
A:
I’m really looking forward to future projects that allow us to explore those “what about this?” ideas. The ones that push creativity and strategy to meet in new ways. The most meaningful moments for me are when a client is open to trying something different, and we get to see an idea evolve from a spark note into a fully realized experience. Those opportunities remind me that our work isn’t just about delivering an event – it’s about active listening, innovation, and creating lasting impact.
Q:
What motivates and drives you in your day-to-day work?
A:
Collaboration and impact. I’m energized by the challenge of taking complex client goals and translating them into experiences that resonate. Seeing a client’s excitement when their message lands, or hearing that something we produced inspired a client to act—makes all the planning hours worth it.
Q:
How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance, and do you have any tips for your peers?
A:
I was a competitive dancer growing up so I’ve learned to treat balance as a rhythm, not a static state. Some days require deep focus; others call for rest and creativity. I schedule time for both, and I set boundaries to reset. My biggest tip: don’t wait until you’re burnt out to recharge; build moments of self-care into your everyday routine.
Q:
What advice would you give to new employees joining Centrifuge Media to thrive in their roles?
A:
Success is a team sport. Every project here is the result of a lot of hard work done by our great team, and the magic happens when you are chasing after the same goal with like-minded individuals. Remember to ask questions early and don’t hesitate to try something new, even if it’s outside of your comfort zone or day-to-day job description – it may surprise you that you are great at something you didn’t even see coming.
