Q&A with Brienna Lacey: Account Manager
Brienna Lacey recently joined Centrifuge Media as an Account Manager! In between helping clients bring their visions to life, we asked a few questions about her career and interests!
Q:
What was your path to Centrifuge Media?
A:
I have been doing part time wedding and event planning for over 8 years in conjunction with being a sales account manager. I saw the opportunity to join Centrifuge Media through a former colleague and wanted to be able to pivot from part time to full time event planning while also leveraging my background in sales and communications.
Q:
What aspect of your role are you most excited about and why?
A:
I love being able to see ideas come alive. One day it’s in your head or on paper and the next day you’re walking into your creation. The interaction with the customers is always a highlight of my day.
Q:
You can offer a client one piece of advice when planning an event. what would it be and how has it proven effective in your past experiences?
A:
No ideas are off the table. THINK BIG!
Q:
What specific projects or moments have fueled your passion and kept you motivated?
A:
I am a native New Yorker so the Macy’s Day Parade is a highlight of my holiday season every year. From the first time I saw that parade I have said to myself, “I want to plan that parade one day!”
Q:
What do you like to do in your free time when you aren’t working? Any hobbies or activities you’re passionate about?
A:
I am an avid traveler! I love to see the world around me and visit new places. I am a puppy mom so I love my American Bully (Cocoa) and love hanging out with friends and family. My boyfriend and I are big movie goers and love any reason to grab popcorn!
Q:
What is inspiring you RIGHT NOW?
A:
My parents are constantly inspiring me. They have been my motivation, coach, prayer partners, and backbone my entire life and with the whirlwind that comes with life in general, they have guided me through every challenge.
Q:
You can only choose one: DJ or Live Band?
A:
Live band! I played violin growing up so I love live instruments!
