Q:
What can a client expect when signing on for a project and working with the Centrifuge Media team?
A:
When we start a project, we don’t always know what the destination is going to be. And that’s why it’s important for us to get everyone who needs to be involved in the process from the beginning. So, we can understand their goals, their objectives, what kind of feeling we need to convey at an event, and what are the key takeaways. Once we understand all of these things, it gives us opportunities to explore creative ways to develop an event that’s going to resonate with the audience. This first step in the process is what we call Discovery, and this is a critical first step.
Q:
You mentioned that a discovery phase is one of the first steps in building a strategy for a client’s event, can you elaborate on what a discovery call is and its importance?
A:
The discovery phase provides the blueprint for production. During this time, we’re going to understand the scope of the project. We’re going to learn more about your needs and objectives and goals. We’re also going to share with you how we will be working with you across the planning and the production of your event.
Q:
How does the discovery phase enhance the overall experience for our clients?
A:
When we have a solid understanding of your needs and we have that input from key stakeholders early on, then, we know where we’re going. It’s almost like, where are we driving to that destination, and we need to know what path we’re going to take to get there. The discovery phase defines everything we need to know so that we can operate with more efficiency. We can also make sure that the time comes within time and budget.
Q:
Do you find the discovery phase opens doors for more innovative ideas?
A:
At Centrifuge Media, we approach all aspects of event production with a strategic mindset and the discovery phase is critical. It opens the door for new creative and innovative ideas. And, you know, in the end, it’s all about making an impactful, memorable experience for our clients’ attendees.
